Best Way to go from Guangzhou South Railway Station to East Railway Station?

I need to take the train to Hong Kong. What is the best way to travel and how Long will it take? Can I go by subway?

Sure, you can travel by MTR. At South Station, you can take subway line 2 to Gongyuanqian, where transfer to line 1 to the East Train Station. The whole journey takes around 70min.
