About:Dual Nationality

dual nationality for children under 16 in China

i read on a forum that there has recently been a change in chinese law that allows children born to a chinese and foreigner couple that they can have dual nationality up until they reach the age 16. can anyone confirm if this is correct and if possible point me to the chinese law that states this.
