How I will get my Enrich original card no MH 235 126 651, Mohammad Rafiqul Haque.

I am sorry to inform you that I was member of your airline since 2007. Enrich No is MH 235 126 651, I am holding temporary card. I was apply by Email personally and also by Malaysia air line office in Brunei to get original Enrich Card, but failed. So I am requesting you to please provide me the card through Malaysia air line office in Brunei as soon as possible as early. If I get within this month I am grateful to you. Thanks.
