on july 21, i need 11 tickets on a fast train from beijing to zhengzhou

We arrive by plane around noon.  Would like to see the Forbidden City before heading to Zhengzhou.  Thus I think we want to get on the train sometime after 6pm. 1.  If we book with your site, where can we pick up the tickets?2.  Would we have success just buying the tickets there when we arrive?  We are looking to buy soft seats.
