The Tibetan people are a made up of very resilient people, both in body and spirit. They are boisterous and friendly and willful. They are also some of the freest people on earth. They are colorful in culture and dress. Their diet consists of mostly Yak, (Yak butter, yak milk, yak yogurt) and they generally believe that bathing is only ceremonial, so they do not bathe, which is practical because it is a freezing land at an extremely high altitude. They are kind to strangers and helpful, as long as they feel that their culture is respected.
