About:Visa Policy of China

my visa to Japan starts july 13 but I have to fly to kunming in July 12. Will I have any problem?

I will reach kunming in july 12, 9:35 pm but my visa starts only after 2:30 hours of my arrival to kunming. I checked all other flights and got no flights to reach Narita from Kathmandu the same day. Please help me.

Sorry, I don't clear about your question, I thought visa should be valid after issue date, and you can enter any day before the date of expiration. Why do you say it starts on July 13?
