It's not as easy as you think. First, you need to apply for a Single Status Certificate. Some countries' embassies or consulate in China has this service. Please check with your own country' s websites to find the relevant procedures. Then you and your fiancee can go to the local civil affairs office to register your marriage. The documents required are:
1. Both: Single Status Certificate, If applicable, finalised divorce papers or death certificate of ex-spouse for the widowed
2. Both: birth certificate
3. the official style photo of you and she. You can take it at the civil affairs office
4. your passport and her Hukou
Then pay the fee to get your marriage certificate. Remember to notarise all your originals that are not in Chinese.
