From Beijing Railway Station...what bus to go to summer palace?

I think the bus is hard for you to take and make transfer, so the local subway is suggested.
From the railway station, you can take the subway line 2 to reach Xizhimen Station where you can change to line 4 to reach Beigongmen Station.
Get out of the station from Exit D or C, you can easily find the Summer Palace.3
