Do you refer to the Tianyue Hotel at East Street, Pixian? If so, I know there is a Pixian County Mosque, which is at West Street, around 1.5-2km from your hotel.

For Halal food, also at West Street, there is a Islam Hotel, which may provide halal food.

Sorry, I am not clear about the Muslim community, but you may find more Muslim worshippers near the Mosque.
