Do you mean the Muslim Restaurant? I know a very good one - SZ Muslim Hotel Halal Dining Hall. It is located at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Floors of the hotel, no. 2013, South Wenjin Road, Luohu District. It costs around CNY50 per person.
