UK passport holder; long term resident in Ireland; Supp Visa App Form

Hello

My wife and I hold UK passports and are long term residents in Ireland. We propose to apply for L types. Do we need to use the Suup App Form?

If so, what information do you need under questions D2 and D3? UK passport holders do not need to hold residence permits.

Thanks

Yes, you need to fill out the Supplementary Application Form. If you do not need to hold residence permit in Ireland, you can choose "None" under question D2, and put N/A to the D3.
