About:Beijing Travel

arriving in Beijing international terminal at midnight then taking a domestic at 8.30 am. what is the best relaxing way to wait and how to go from international to specific domestic terminal?

Hi, as for your case, it is suggested to have a rest at the hourly lounge in the airport.

I don't know what airlines you will use, so I can only tell you that for transfer in different terminals, you can travel by the Free Terminal Shuttle Bus.

In BJ the terminals are divided up based on airlines. There are international flights from Terminals 2 and 3 so you need to provide your airline information to get a real answer. Most long haul flights from overseas fly into Terminal 3, but plenty of domestic flights also fly from this terminal.

There are some budget hotels near the airport and there is a Hilton directly next to Terminal 3, which probably / maybe the terminal you will be flying into. Budget hotels can cost as little as $30 per night for a nice, clean room. Taxis to and from hotels near the airport are about $3 each way, so you will find it very economical.
