About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Finnish requesting for visa from South Africa

I am Finnish and right now travelling in Africa. I have bought the tickets to travel to China, visit my girl friend (student) in China to leave Finland on 26th of June. I have invitation from her. As I will be here in Africa till 20th can I apply from South Africa? Pls reply

Generally speaking, those who apply in the third countries have to provide resident permit or valid visa in the third country. I don't know what Chinese embassy in South Africa asks for. You'd better consult with them for the detailed and accurate information.

If I apply for visa from Finland on 20th June will I have enough time to obtain visa on 25th? Will there be any holidays for Chinese embassy in Finland during that period?

Hi, time is enough. The regular processing time is 4 working days. If you submit your application on 20th June, it will be ready for collection on 25th June.
