Renewal of Hong Kong Smart ID

My son obtained Juvenile Hong Kong Smart ID ( under 17years ) . Now he is 18 . Can he renewal an Adult Smart ID in your office and how much?

I am afraid that he can't renew it at the Chinese embassy. According to the HK Immigration Department website, the applicants need to hand in the applications to Any one of the Registration of Persons office in person. You may call (00852) 2824 6111 for consultation.
