new chinese visa regulations as from 01.07.2013

Question

I already hold a 6 months F type one that will expire on 28.06.2013 and need to get a new one. Actually I am already in China as owner representative and soon I will be back home and must apply for a new one. Are there any substantial changes in the rules applicable with 01.07.2013? Here, in China, nobody knows yet what changes may be...Thank you in advance for reply!

As far as I know, new Entry and Exit Mangement Regulations on Foreigners will take effect from July 1, 2013. It is said that some changes will take place. But it's still unclear because no official announcements have been made.
