Hi. I was hoping to make a trip over in August and was wondering what the weather is like then. A friend informed me that it gets too hot then!?

Yes, it will be very hot then. Generally, the temperature range shall be 26C to 34C. I also suffer the temp of 36C. So you'd better reconsider traveling at that time.
