Tax on shipping to china

Hi all, is there any tax on shipments to china?
I live in Beijing, one of my friend is sending me a laptop from USA. It's a used laptop. Will i get charged on its arrival to china by taxation authorities??

If the thing that needed to posted is a laptop, the tax is needed to pay at the Chinese custom.
