About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Use or not 72-hour Free Transit ??

I'm Brazilian citizen going to Hong Kong with a stop in Beijing for up 7 hours. I wanted to leave airport and check it around. Do I need apply for a visa or I could use the 72-hour Free Transit ??

Yes, you can use this free transit. Make sure submit your tranist request to your airline, they will make application to the airport in advance so that you can get the free transit permit upon arrival.

I didn't know would be necessary to ask the airline before depart. I'm probably going with Air China.. So I will ask then to verify this information. Thank you so much for all your help :)
