going to Beijing in october 2013,how bad air pollution and weather conditions

Hi, I went there last Oct. to find the air pollution is not too bad. Maybe it gets better this oct.

As for the weather then, it wil be warm and sunny, with the average temperature of 22C or around. It is really a pleasant travel season.
