On Russian-speaking sites why that not correct information and not clearly in what hospital is used Traditional Chinese medicine and in what the emphasis becomes on the western technique. Explain please. And if these hospitals have sites on the Internet, ask them to report to me. Thanks.

They are different. The State Military Hospital no. 210 is located at No. 80, Shengli Road, Xigang District, while as for the other one you mentioned, I just find a Hospital of DL Maritime University, which is located at No. 1, Linghai Road, Ganjingzi District. As I know, the former seems to do better in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment.
