About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

Requirment for Business Visa

it will my first visit. my company will issue authorization letter and other documents (Bank Statement, TIN Certificate). I have collect a Invitation letter from a company by email which is Scanned (In their company Letter Head Pad). is any other additional documents Required ? the Company dont agree to send the letter by Courier. can i apply ? or what other documents will be required by embassy.

Hi, as I know, the original invitation letter is required. So, you'd better contact the embassy directly whether the scanned one is acceptable or not.

Embassy told original invitation letter from local govt authority.

Some of our importer in Bangladesh told scanned copy will enough. Some Exporters told they are issuing the scanned copy to bangladeshi importer all time.

I am really confused.

I think you can have a try to apply with the scanned invitation letter for application if you have it already.
