I'm afraid it is impossible. The Maglev can only take you to travel from Pudong Airport to SH Longyang Road. Then you can transfer to local subway line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station to take a high-speed train to Nanjing. Or take shuttle bus line 5 to SH Railway Station directly, where there are high-speed trains to Nanjing.
