What is the document needed for permanent resident of Malaysia to visit Macau?

My father is a permanent resident of Malaysia (my mother and myself is Malaysian), and he also obtained Malaysia Certificate of Identity (act like a passport to travel to another country)
Would like to check if he wish to visit Macau (leisure trip/ free and easy trip) what is the document i.e: Visa that he needs to apply?
