Hotel in Shantou

My family, 4 of us will be visiting ST mid July. I am a bit undecided on which hotel to stay. It is either Longhu hotel or Gin Guan Hotel as they are both in city centre and the price are very reasonable. We are also considering Golden Gulf / Merritus hotel as it is affordable to us. However, we just do not want to spend unnessasary money if Gin Guan / Longhu is good enough. From the visitors comments, Gin Guan / Longhu are all OK. What is your suggestion?
