Shenyang North railway station to the local airport?

What is least expensive way (besides walking the entire distance) to travel from the North railway station to the airport?

Close to the North Train Station, you can find Liaoning Provincial Bus Terminal at No. 120, Huigong Street.
At that bus station, you can find the airport shuttle bus line 1 to take you to reach the airport.
