Career growth & Promotion in 2013?

Currently I'm working as a Engineer in reputed manufacturing company. I have joined this company on 2nd April 2012. So for I'm having past experience of 11 years in same field.

How is my career growth in this company? Is there any chances to get promotion by this year?
