my departure flight from beijing is june 23 and my visa expires the 22nd...

my visa was issued from may 22nd-june 22nd and my flight plan is to depart on june 23rd. if i check into the airport on the 22nd and go through customs, will i be able to stay in the airport terminal overnight legally?
