What is the best way to get from Suzhou to Tunxi or Huangshan? Do I need to go to Hangzhou first?

Is there a direct connection via bus or train from Suzhou? Or would I need to catch a train to Hangzhou and depart from there? What are the options? Thanks a million for your help!
