nearest subway station to the Hotel Guoman in Putuo district in Shanghai

Hello.
would like to take the subway from the hotel, Location address is Block 1, No. 388 Daduhe Road, Guoson Centre, Putuo District. to the city center and back . Do I need to make any transfer , to which line and whick is the color of the main line I should transfer to.? Also , how many tickets should I buy.
