About:Getting to Urumqi

Chengdu to Urumqi to Kashgar (KASHI)

I am coming from Chengdu by train and I have to go to Kashi (Kashgar), Please suggest the best way for this trip. If I take bus from U to Kasghar, is this convenient or not and from where can I get the bus. How many bus in a day and how much time it will take for Kashagar.

Upon reach U and go to the Southern Surburb Long-distance Bus Station where you can find many buses to reach Kashgar. The bus takes about 24 hours on the way. The buses operate from 09:30 to around 19:30 everyday and the interval is around 30 minutes.

The fare is not fixed and changes from 190 to 300RMB and for detail information, it is suggested to ask in the bus station.
