About:Beijing Subway

Could I use subway 3days cards I buyed in shanghai in Beijing

Or I have to buy another one and is ther unlimited pass card in BJ like shanghai

You cannot use the card you buy in SH in BJ.
In BJ, the city has its own transport card and you can buy 3-day card, 7-day card and the 15-day card. The 3-day card can only be used 18 time in three days.
In my opinion, it is suggested to get a ordinary transport card and you can withdraw you money if you return the card.
