Is it possible for a citizen of Uzbekistan to apply Chinese visa in Afghanistan?

Hello i'm uzbek but i live in Afghanistan i wanna travel to china for making a company to work in there my passport is from Uzbekistan so i have adductor of Afghanistan so please help me in this part
