Hello i'm uzbek but i live in Afghanistan i wanna travel to china for making a company to work in there my passport is from Uzbekistan so i have adductor of Afghanistan so please help me in this part

Yes, you can apply from the Chinese embassy in Afghanistan. And you need to bring your valid Afghanistan visa or residence permit except for other documents. The embassy will decide whether you will get it or not.
