About:Shenzhen Airport Transport to Hong Kong & Macau

Hello! I have a flight from Hong Kong at 1am, will I be permitted to check-in, and/or take the last ferry from Shekou Port?

All the passengers can take the ferry to travel, but you may wanna check in ahead at Shekou Port, right? Well, if so, would you tell me your airline? As I know, not all airlines can check in ahead.
