May I know if you mean to convert business F/working Z to tourist L? did you provide bank statement for this conversion/extension? Anyway, the visa officers make the final decision based on documents provided. But don't worry, the one issued with ten days does not mean you did anything wrong or have any trouble here. Maybe they just change the rule, or else.
