About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China
Gave birth in China and cancelled work visa
We both were working in China with work visas. Due to the pregnancy my wife gave up her work visa. She could only get s2 visa and need to re apply for it every 3 month. We have been told that our newborn can get residence permit but my wife can not. She need to enter China with S1 and then apply for residence permit.
Does it make sense? Why as a husband, I can not support her with residence permit?
