actually i got an esl teacher job in guangzhou ,so do i need to do the medical test here in toronto or can i wait to do it in guangzhou , please reply ASAP , Because i have to let my boss know soon.thanks alot.

Hi, Physical Examination Record for Foreigner with blood test (HIV and Syphilis test) is required for work Z application from the Chinese consulate. So you need to do this in Toronto.
