About:Shanghai Metro Ticket

is english used in ticket machine ,train and in station in shanghai's subway

i am going SH but not have knowledge of chinese .If i use subway for traveling then how can i get the ticket from machine and understand train because i listen that there is not any english used in ticket machine and in trains and stations. Actually i understand only english.
Pls suggest

I remember there is English version at the MTR station ticketing machine. Don't worry! If it is really hard to get a card, just turn to the work staff.
