Buy ticket at station or buy online in advance?

I am arriving at hangzhou on 9 june 2013 and leaving for shanghai on 11 june 2013. which is best, buy ticket at station or buy online in advance? if I buy online , which is best, ask send the ticket to my hotel or change the ticket myself at station ? thanks U

It totally depends on you, if you would like to avoid finding a right window and queuing at the station, book in advance and let them delivery the tickets to the hotel is better.
