Take airport shuttle bus line 5 to local main Railway Station, from which walk to SH General Bus Station to take a direct bus to Huzhou. I remember the bus fare is CNY59 per person.1

Yes, the #5 airport bus stop is located just south of the South Plaza of Shanghai Station while the Shanghai bus station with service to HZ city is on the western portion of the North Plaza of Shanghai station. It's a short walk going under the station but there are several stairways to negotiate. I have found it easier with rolling luggage to take the longer route and cross the long bridge on the west side of the train station when I have had lots of luggage.0
