About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

Please i want to come study medicine . And i have a nursing diploma from a Ghana. Please which school should i apply to and how.

Please help me. I want yo start next year august

I only know some such as Fudan University, Central South University and Shandong Univerisity.
