i need to obtain visa to attend the meeting in first institute of oceanography

I am S.U.P. Jinadasa, Sri Lankan citizen working for National Aquatic Resources Research and development Agency (NARA) Sri Lanka which is the research arm of Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development. Currently, I am studying in the University of Notre Dame USA, I have a meeting in First Institute of Oceanography of Qingdao. Please kindly explain me how can i obtain it. The meeting will be held on July 07-13, 2013.

You can apply for a business F with the invitation letter from the meeting organizer. Basic requirements are your passport, application form, photo, return ticket and hotel bookings.
