Hi, it was not constructed in a certain dynasty, but through a long construction period. The earlies should originate to the Warring States Periods (476 BC - 221 BC) and then was followed by the state of Chu, Qi, Yan, Wei, Zhao and Qin. Later, other dynasties also built some, including Han and Ming.
