About:Hong Kong Travel

Spouse move to Hong Kong

Hi, I am a HK resident with ID card living in USA, my husband is American, what do I need to obtain in order for my husband to work and live in HK legally? Can we apply in the US? What doucement do we need adn the fee for that, thank you so much

Yes, you need to apply from Chinese embassy or consulate in the US. The documents included are:
1. ID990A application form (download from the HK Immigration Department Website)
2. a recent passport size photo
3. photocopy of your diploma or related work proof

It costs about $160.
