Please help track my parcel. I saw this message on the tracking status  RB398278908CN  2013  NULL  ZAG  NG  20130522 0000. What does that mean?

I get the latest info about your item. It is in the state of "Shipping Ended". Now it should be at Sofia. I wonder whether it is the destination.

My parcel destination is Lagos, Nigeria (NG) and not Sofia. Have I missed out on my parcel?
