Shanghai has two airports, the hongqiao airport and Putong international airport. Hongqiao airport and hongqiao railway station is basically in one place, and from Putong airport to hongqiao railway station may cost you 9 RMB by subway.0

Yes, there are two airports there. Do you refer to PVG or Hongqiao?
If PVG, take shuttle bus line 1 to Hongqiao Airport in around an hour and then walk to the train station. Bus fare is around CNY30. By MTR, subway fare shall be around CNY9.
If Hongqiao, just walk there thorugh a special pass.0
