Question concerning Tourist Visa, Multiple Entry, 1 year, 90 days

I am currently on a tourist L multiple entry 90 day. It expires in July. I am currently living here and do not plan on returning home soon. How should I go about getting a one year tourist L, 90 day, multiple entry. From my understanding I go to Hong Kong, stay there for a few days, mail my passport to the states and they send it express to me in Hong Kong with my one issued. Correct?

Hi, please try to extend it at local PSB in the city where you live now. If they do not accept your application for extension, then mail back your application to US as you said above.
