I am Dutch citizen with Netherlands Passport. I have business in India. I want to travel to Shanghai for meeting for one day. I shall buy Air Ticket Mumbai - Shanghai - Mumbai.

No, you can not use this facility if you travel Mumbai - Shanghai -Munbai. The place of departure and destination can not be the same country as the 72 hours free permit is issued to transit passengers only. You need to apply for business F visa in advance.
