I am born on 2 July 1985 . How is job chances for me in 2013

I am planning to switch my present job. Have an offer in hand but it is not very satisfactory in terms of pay n benefits . I am still appearing for job interviews but with no success . Can you suggest is it wprth for me to switch my job now or wait for better times? Nothing seems to be going my way.
