About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is it possible to get the 72 hours free transit permit if fly to different cities in a same country.

If my departure and destination are in the same country, but in different cities, could I get a 72 hour free transit permit?

If I go from Seoul (ICN) - Beijing (BEK) - Busan (PUS).

No, only those who make transit through Beijing or Shanghai International Airport to the third country are eligible for this policy.
