Update on tracking number from china and my tracking number is RB475985993CN

hello I'm waiting for an order and since the day 16.05.2013 that there is no update on where this is located.
anyone can help me to know what is happening. greetings.

When the parcel is on the way, it is hard to check it online, so I think your parcel is on the way to reach its destination, please do not worry and wait for some time patiently.
